Step Up Your Start-up!

Mentoring provides a range of benefits such as guided support, encouragement, assistance in goal-setting and access to knowledge and networks. For mentors, the process is often a learning opportunity which delivers great fulfillment.

The Upstairs mentoring program will, in 2024, follow a structured framework of fixed-term rounds, with mentors and mentees matched according to their expertise and requirements.
